In addition to providing valuable information about diabetes, this Site serves as a venue through which you, as a buyer, may contact certain retailers for the purpose of purchasing Accu-Chek® products online.
Although this Site contains links which will connect you directly to third party sites maintained by such retailers, please be aware that such links in no way constitute an endorsement of such retailers by Roche Diabetes Care, Inc. (“Roche”), the manufacturer of Accu-Chek products, nor do these links constitute a recommendation that you make a purchase from any retailer over another retailer selling Accu-Chek products. Roche hereby disclaims and shall be in no way responsible for the actions, representations, warranties or any other conduct or statements of any retailers whose links appear on this Site. The representations and warranties made by Roche with respect to any Accu-Chek products shall be limited to those expressly made by Roche as the manufacturer of the products - Roche’s express limited warranties are included in the applicable package insert or user's manual for each product.

While Roche encourages the purchase and use of Accu-Chek products by persons living with diabetes and their caregivers, Roche encourages all potential purchasers to engage in comparative shopping when making a purchase, and to make the decision as to where to purchase Accu-Chek products based on the price, convenience and terms and conditions of sale that best suit that consumer's specific needs.
